I would take Matthews over Brewer. I would also take Matthews over Morrow.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Same. Morrow's 3pt% is really a thing of beauty, but that is literally all he has done to this point for GS. He's a great FT shooter too, but only gets there once/game. I haven't seen him play enough to know if he's going to be the same type of liability on defense that Korver was, but I'm guessing that if he can at least just be engaged on defense that he would be a minor step up.

My guess is Morrow, Korver, and Reddick are all going to get some serious looks from whatever teams end up landing the top tier free agents.

I'm going to have to swallow some pride to say this, but I think I would also take Redick over Morrow. As far as I can tell, he's less of a defensive liability.

Because I think there first interest is in resigning Boozer. I think (hope) that they are going to hold firm with not paying the max, with Boozer demanding more $$$ and at that point, David Lee may become a factor. But knowing what they have in Boozer becomes priority one iMO.

I think I'd lean Morrow based on length. But I'd still probably take Korver over either of the above.

Oddly enough, I think Redick has shown the most ability of the three to put the ball on the deck and go past the defenders that run at them at the 3pt line. Never thought I'd say that about him, though I do realize you could say that about almost anybody when comparing them to Korver. Jarron Collins could get into the lane with more regularity than Korver.

He's also looked shockingly competent as a defender. Not good, but not a liability. I think Morrow is closer to liability status.

Can we please get Jefferson? That's pretty much all I want right now.

Someone on CB posted the thought of Booz to NY, Lee to MN, and Jefferson to Utah. It would seem to make sense for all players and teams involved, assuming Booz isn't set on Florida and that he isn't going to get a shot to play with LBJ or Wade. He'd kill it in D'Antoni's system, but in that kind of deal he'd likely be the hang-up.

                      NY gets Boozer

                      MN gets Lee, Miles, Tomic

                      UT gets Jefferson, Wes Johnson

If Kahn loves Euro's enough to give Darko $20 M, he'd certainly give up Johnson to get the rights to Tomic.

I would pull the trigger on that deal ASAP. And if it means Booze getting max dollars, the deal is done.

Imagine Booze going to New York and the Knicks landing CP3. Deron-Paul comparisons would never stop...

Definitely too good to be true. But wow, would that be awesome. We'd have to throw in our newly drafted, euro-looking Gordan to swing that deal. And of course I'd have no problem with that. Throw in the Memphis pick while your at it.

But I can't understand why MN would be anxious to dump Jefferson to get Lee.

btw, Siler is the best beat writer the Jazz have ever had. Sucks he's leaving.

                                I hadn't heard that. Where's he going?
