    If your tweet embedding experience is like mine, you need to edit it a bit. I copy the link from twitter and paste it into the bracket thingies. But the ID is in between a https and a bunch of letters/numbers that start with a '?s=' usually. Both of those need to be deleted, leaving you with the tweet ID.

    Also (not directed to you Art), now that Oregon can't pretend to compete nationally like they used to, the OSU rivalry makes much more sense to maintain in a conference.

      If you link OSU to Oregon with a ball and chain, you are basically driving a stake in the heart of Oregon's chances in the B1G. And driving down its value to any conference. This won't happen.

        It may be bunk, but this guy is still entertaining, especially when fans of uofutah take the bait and enter the exchange.

          You're right about Oregon. I'm just talking about fans in general and the value a rivalry can bring to a conference. Not necessarily in measurable dollars. But I guess that's the bottom line anyways.

                I may have my blue goggles on, but this is a conference that would demand a seat at the table. If you add a few upper-half ACC schools, the argument is even stronger.
