  • I didn't hear it - but people on CB are saying that PK stated that he's heard the same info as Swaim, except that Utah was included with the other three Swaim mentions - confirmed by "sources". Reportedly, he said it isn't written in stone, but has been accepted in principle and is more likely to happen than not.

Can't be true... Utah would never leave the P12. The P12 would have to leave Utah.

      Who's PK?

Yeah, they are leaving the Pac 12 for the MWC and most likely taking UofUtah with them.

          • LOL...

The only way the B12 should consider letting Colorado come back is if they will bring Nebraska with them.

              • BYU adds nothing to the Big 12 in terms of party schools... Based on rankings from https://www.niche.com/colleges/searc...party-schools/
                1. West Virginia (10)
                2. Kansas (34)
                3. Cincinnati (38)
                4. Texas Tech (50)
                5. Kansas State (76)
                6. UCF (95)
                7. Iowa State (111)
                8. TCU (118)
                9. Oklahoma State (129)
                10. Houston (203)
                11. Baylor (611)
                12. BYU (751+)
But we are not too far behind Baylor. Of course, Baylor didn't allow dancing until 1996.

Not to mention, Utah b*tches way too much for the Big 12.

I had to read that a couple of times, because I was reading the word as a noun, not a verb.

                          • In all seriousness though, I can't see a scenario where if the Pac-10 crumbles, that Utah is not welcomed with open arms in the Big-XII.

                              Agree... see the PAC thread.

Yep. With BYU already in and that market taken, I’d go with UW and UO first and then thr AZ schools and Colorado before Utah.
