    Sadly, I agree with this.

    • Hey Ted, I know copying and pasting is sort of your thing, but do you mind if I slap a photo on here? Thanks, buddy.
Classified Photo.jpgIf you look really closely, you can see bunch of coversheets with tiny print that says Top Secret/SCI. Totally understandable how Trump could have missed those sitting in a container in his office.

I need to track it down, but Trump responded by alternately claiming that the documents were planted by the search team, and that everything is OK because he de-classified them. The idiot can't even keep his stories straight.

He's got a story and if you don't buy that one, here's a backup story. He is simultaneously claiming that those are his documents because some lawyer that is counseling him told him he was an idiot for letting them take the boxes and boxes of documents in the first place so now he is quadrupling down and has filed a motion asking for them back.

The only happy ending here is if he goes to jail.

Don't worry, The house GOP has Ted's response already teed up:

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

To be fair, that Twitter account is run by Gym Jordan. Gym has a medical condition that prevents him from observing or reporting illegal behavior.

Drumpf is such a dummy... he should have just kept all that stuff on a private email server in an old bathroom closet of a some cheap*ss ISP in Colorado. Much safer that way.

                  What an amateur.

LOL - If you had to take Ted's entire posting history on this board and distill it into a single representative post - this one would probably be it. Classic Ted.

                    • There's no question that what Hillary did violated the law and that she should have been punished for it (read this very good essay by a national security expert that provides an even-handed analysis of how poorly our country deals with these issues--invariably going easier on the top people, e.g., Petraeus, Hillary, and at least to now, Trump, than on lower level government agents who for similar violations get sent away for years). What Trump has done, especially with his own counsel lied, stating that Trump had fully complied with a subpoena when he clearly hadn't, was a terrible breach of national security. Why no cries of "Lock him up!" from the right? Hypocrisy in politics is sickeningly predictable.

Edit: Right after I posted this I received an email from The Desk of Jim Jordan (eat your hearts out) that begins with the following:

                      Fellow Patriot:

Washington Democrats crossed the line from treachery to tyranny
[I love the idea that there is such a line, as if anyone would think, "Ok, this is treacherous, but we must stop short of tyrannical!].

The Biden Administration sent the FBI to raid President Donald Trump’s home in Florida. Nothing like this has ever happened in our history [True. but how many Presidents left office with loads of highly classified information, falsely claimed they hadn't, then claimed they had impossibly declassified what they said they hadn't taken, and then lied about having returned it all?]. This is third-world, banana-republic stuff. [No, it's not].

The letter goes downhill from there. it makes me sad how self-serving Trumpists like Jordan, MTG, Boebert, Gaetz, etc. have essentially killed the GOP.

If Drumpf didn't declassify those documents then, yes, he was in the wrong and a dumbass given as president he had the power to do so.

Putting classified documents on a sh*t-for-security private email server (bad advice from that Colin "There's Weapons of Mass Destruction!" Powell) ran by some backwoods ISP is worst given that about any hacker that can find their way into a wet paper sack could have retrieved those documents even if the server was locked in the bathroom closet. The sh*t-for-brains F'nBI can't even secure their email servers.

It is hilarious that after years of attacking Clinton for mishandling official documents, that you still cannot bring yourself to condemn Trump for doing the exact same thing, but even more blatantly.

My man, the main reason to be a libertarian is to attack both sides equally! "Libertarians" who only condemn democrats and their policies are called conservatives.

Nice try. You could have gotten a pass if only your trove of Hillary posts said something like 'she was in the wrong and a dumbass', and not claiming criminal behavior.
