TH is so handsome I just had to bump your post."Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

I'm still interesting in hearing why your opinions are so out of line with the 17-year old stalking websites.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostUB5 must be down today, lots of Ute fans hanging around.

Spener Rudolph was the only O-lineman that played with Hinds his senior year anyways that was even a D-1 prospect. He ended up at SUU.Originally posted by byu71 View PostIs he the kid who had all kinds of offers and played at Davis? In the one game I saw him play against Lone Peak he didn't do much. Must be good though to get all those offeres. Where did the offensive lineman from Davis that year end up?*Banned*

Or Blackmon, Warner, and Kaufusi,Originally posted by The_Douger View PostIt's nuts, a few weeks ago it looked like we might not get Nacua, Takitaki, or Leaiatua. Now we could get all three. That's great news.
Which answers Funks question as to why the recruiting sites differ. BYU has picked up quite a few kids at the very end.*Banned*

He wishes to run and study engineering. Although the Ivies are his first choice, his mother wisely knows not to place all your eggs in one basket. Sometimes the Ivies are just not affordable, unless they dip into plenty and give you plenty. PSU engineering has a great reputation and it can be generous. I keep suggesting Stanford and he is interested, just not interested enough to head that far west. I even suggested BYU but that became a non-starter except for the tuition costs. In running scholie money is much less available.Originally posted by old_gregg View Post
lol, pretty funny"Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."
Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

lol.Originally posted by Topper View PostMy kids would take the Stanford offer. My stepson doesn't want to come this far west, but if he did, he'd go only to Stanford. Right now, he's looking to the Ivies and Penn State.
With Stanford or Ivies you're set for life no matter what. The best connections and you will always get an interview."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

I must be thinking of someone else at another school I saw Lone Peak play. The kid was tall and didn't look all that co-ordinated, but was heavily recruited. BYU wanted him, but really never had a shot.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostSpener Rudolph was the only O-lineman that played with Hinds his senior year anyways that was even a D-1 prospect.
