http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap...rest-From-JazzThe Utah Jazz are expressing a level of interest in Jamaal Tinsley.
“He’s a guy who knows our system,” Tyrone Corbin said.
Tinsley played with the Jazz last season.
The Jazz lost Trey Burke on Saturday to a fractured index finger.
YES!!!So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

https://twitter.com/Trey_Burke38-12 weeks is very unreasonable people and idk who made that up. I appreciate the support and prayers but 4-6 weeks is more likely. ThanksSo Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

It says that you treat the pre-season with the appropriate level of importance.Originally posted by Blueintheface View PostWhat does it say about me that I have not watched or listened to a single moment of Jazz basketball this preseason, nor have I read any articles about the team? I think it means it's football season...at least I hope that's what it means.

Kanter has a future in this league. Lucas doesn't. He looks like Tinsley. G time!"Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault
"Once I seen the trades go down and the other guys signed elsewhere," he said, "I knew it was my time now." - Derrick Favors

The Jazz have given John Lucas the final spot in team introductions. And he is apparently taking the technical FTs when he's on the court, even though his career FT% is 78 compared to Hayward's 81%...and despite the minor detail of Hayward being the team's primary perimeter scorer that you normally want to give a chance to help get going by giving him as many FTs as possible.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostLucas is so bad.
The Jazz just do some really dumb things, that in isolation don't really matter at all. But when bundled together over a period of years makes the staff and front office just look stupid.

I just get tired of these guys telling us it's going to be different, but they can't get away from crafty veterans who they think have intangibles but lack objective results. This should be the year of huge minutes for Favors, Burk, Burkes, Kanter, and GTime.
John Lucas sucks. Play someone young. Let them screw up. Let them learn. John Lucas is like thirty and doesn't have a serious future in the league. There should be no conversation of playing Biedrins. He should play like 12 minutes per night. Richard Jefferson should play like 10 minutes per night. Our coach will find those guys some minutes, I'm sure. Will donate kidney for B12 membership.

A few that are better: Bosh, Kobe, Jason Terry, and I think KD and LeBron. Every time I watch Aldridge I wonder why he isn't a more dominant scorer. But then I remember that his specialty is the least efficient shot in the NBA, and he doesn't get to the line or shoot the 3 well enough to compliment that mid-range J.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostHard to imagine a better midrange jump shooter in the league than Aldridge. Not sure that's ideal in terms of what you want your PF doing, but damn he can really shoot it.
