Plenty of time to move out of the way of the vehicle. This guy will face zero punishment, but he is a stone-cold killer.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Well now I am sure Noem and the rest of ICE admin will move to punish this obviously rogue officer:

ICE officers are trained to never approach a vehicle from the front and instead to approach in a “tactical L” 90-degree angle to prevent injury or cross-fire, a senior Department of Homeland Security official told NBC News.

Officers are also instructed not to shoot at a moving vehicle and only to use force if there is an immediate risk of serious injury or death, the official said.

ICE officers are also instructed that firing at a vehicle will not make it stop moving in the direction of the officer.
Follow the latest news after an ICE agent fatally shot a 37-year-old woman after a group of individuals began to block an immigration-related operation.

I'm not going to judge how the officer reacted to the situation and whether he thought his life was in peril. But I'm going to judge the administration for putting them in the situation, for giving them months long rhetorical cover for hasty actions, and for their apparent comfort in aggressive confrontation.

I'm kind of sick of looking at videos of this and the commentary from both partisan sides. This is an awful incident. And regardless if information comes out from body can footage that shed a more light on the actions of the officer who fired his weapon, it is just a bad look and will be immensely damaging to this administration.

Had the cop stayed where he was, she would have run over him.

Tim Walz is now stating he is preparing the National Guard and has never been at war with the federal government.

Can any adult please stand up. Maybe Walz should sit this one out as he is supposed to be focused on the fraud that has plagued his state. But I guess he found an answer to his prayer to shine the light elsewhere.

And that's why he peeled away from the scene in under 2 minutes after the killing?

Police and ICE say if you run, it's consciousness of guilt.

The videos themselves refute your point.

Possibly because he speaks truth and common sense.

The officer didn't open fire until he was no longer on her bumper, and kept firing as she was driving off. Do you think the shooting was justified?

This administration is so dumb. I hate Trump so much and Kristi Noem almost as much.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
