Yeah, that's just nuts! I wonder what evidence the police have that they're going to be making an arrest soon. Hope they can put the killer(s) behind bars.

My parents were just telling me about this case last week (my mom used to work for Stampin' Up). This is the daughter of the founder of Stampin' Up, I believe.

The way he was killed makes it look like an execution. A tire placed in the middle of the road on a rural stretch. He gets out to move it and someone shoots him dead.

Yeah, and he had just dropped off his twins at his ex-wife's house. Who else knew he was going to be there at that time?

I think everyone who has read about the case thinks 95% chance his ex-wife and/or her new husband was involved. Just a matter of finding the evidence and building the case.

I haven't heard that. That doesn't mean he isn't, but I would think it would have come up in the news stories.

His biography (grew up in PA, went to a Catholic school for undergrad, grad school at WSU) doesn't show any obvious markers.

AND.. She has up and moved with the kids to Washington and refuses to speak to the wife so her kids and theirs can still be a family. NOW the current husband is still in Florida and she up and left for Washington.

All is very suspect.

But, he allegedly violently and bloodily murdered those kids, so there's that.

They've got video footage linking his car to the area before and after the attack, cell phone records consistent with his car's travels, and a DNA sample taken from his parents' house in Pennsylania was consistent as being from the father of whoever left some DNA on an empty knife sheath inside the victims' home.

From his post, I gathered that the linked article mentioned it. Why else would SU ask a loaded question like that?* So I read the article and there's no mention of an LDS connection.

Where there is smoke.. There is fire. Seems to be too coincidental for her or her husband (Seperated) not to be involved. It’s possible he acted alone which has caused the separation and her move to Washington..

Man arrested has been in jail since 8/2022. Connection is that he resided in a rental home owned by Mario Fernandez and the ex-wife.. Paid his rent directly to Mario Fernandez..
