    There's actually a science to developing steeples and towers. Too low of a steeple, and it looks squatty and weird. Too tall and you might as well throw a cellphone relay station on the top and surround it with fake palm leaves. The goal is to make it perfectly balanced, as all things should be. The top of the tower (and base of the steeple) is at 76.5 feet. The spire itself is only about 12' high and tops out at 120'. That puts the total steeple at 46', or right about 100% of the main building height.
