Today was the first time in forever that I had absolutely nothing keeping me from church, but was gonna stay home anyway.

Fifteen minutes before sacrament my best church bro convinced me otherwise. Grateful for him as it was a nice day at church (less Priesthood Meeting, of course).

Several years ago all of the stakes in Vegas held a special fast for an end to the drought. SOOO many prayers for rain. I didn't have the heart to tell them that their prayer was two states off target.

FYI. Rocky Mountain snowpack is still below average this year. I say, pray on!

The biggest issue has been that even though the valley's have gotten hit pretty hard the last 2 months, the jet streams have been mostly north-south and have left the mountains rather sparse.
