I enjoyed The Diplomat (Keri Russell) very much. Among other reasons, it provides the satisfying (if inaccurate) impression, as with The West Wing, that everyone at the top levels of government engages in very clever and quick repartee. It's not as clever as TWW, but it's still very good. It moves quickly and leaves one yearning for Season Two, although it's not certain there will be one.

n the middle of that we followed a recommendation and watched Tour de Pharmacy, a 2017 movie with a great cast that was hilarious at times, but over-the-top and a little raunchy. It reduced my considerable contempt for Lance Armstrong. If you haven't seen it, watch this clip...
