I got the info on Thomas from another board who wasn't recruiting him who BYU is concerned with. Just thought I'd share. Drum asked my opinion on Gordon so I gave it.

There are only a few Utes that actually follow the program close enough to know about recruiting. We figured we would give you other bandwagon ninnies the occasional update so you sound smart amongst your peers.

Remember the starting quarterback this year is Jordan Wynn.

ditto. logan was quick and covered tight. he also hit hard and was a ripped physical specimen. not a bad comparison and certainly not a bad signing. i don't mind taking texas' table scraps.

re: moving brian johnson to cali to recruit, what is the reason behind that? johnson has texas ties, does scalley? maybe it's that they plan on getting more defensive players out of the lone star state and more offensive players out of cali. seems like an odd decision to me given BJ is from texas.

while not completely ignoring Texas, I believe the Utes have shifted their recruiting focus primarily to California, simply to match what the other PAC-12 Teams are doing. I think you have to play that game. Utah tried to play that game a little bit with TCU, now they don't have to.

I hope they continue to get a couple of players every year out of the Houston area, but I think the days of having 10 players on the roster from the Lone Star State are gone.

I haven't run down (not with all that blazing speed!) one of your recruits. I wonder if we can't pull your ball sack up around the rest of your body for an extra layer of protection.
