If we want this board to be different than CB or UF.net, I think it's a good idea for opposing fans here to stay away from the other side's threads during or after a loss, except to offer sincere condolences (often still a mistake to attempt, no matter what one's intentions). Taunting creates bad will (and justifiably so). I hope Ute fans here avoided snarking on the Brandon Davies threads. When the other side's in pain, have the decency to stay away!

Of course, for those who use Firefox, there is a very thorough ignore option to deal with rival fans who simply want to be obnoxious. Using it can be very liberating.

Shreve looked really good.

Robles (and the 2's, especially the offensive line) looked, um, not good. Way too many sacks.

Palamo and Dres Anderson also had very good days.

shreve has a heck of an arm, and is overall a much, much better athlete than wynn. if he develops some touch, he could be very good.

I for one would be thrilled to see Shreve take the starting job from Wynn. I'm not sold on Wynn at all and haven't been impressed by him. We will know for sure this year with Wynn. He is in an offense more suited for his skill set. If he fails this year, it will remove all doubt about his abilities.

Just scanned the BYU thread. In the last 365 posts in that thread there hasn't been a single Ute fan posting at all, let alone talking shit. It sure would be nice if we could have the same courtesy from BYU fans and be able to talk about the Utes without having to deal with their "advice."

There are a lot more BYU fans on this site. Perhaps we could increase the Ute traffic on the site if every Ute thread didn't end up a BYU fan bashing the Utes thread.

Exactly. We have all the tolerable Ute fans over here already. In fact I at the risk of leaving people out and even though I have gone the rounds with each of them I respect the following Ute posters:

Mpfunk, JIC, MRD, UD, and DNF.

I am sure there are others but off the top of my head I would say those are the top 5.

The best part is, 40% of those (at least) did their undergrad at BYU.
