My thoughts have always been, ND is best suited for the Big Ten due to it existing games within the Big Ten. And I was surprised that the Big Ten was sitting by idly.. Per this post it sounds like they may not be..

That was the post I was referencing earlier when I commented about the rumor of Texas and ND to the Big 10. I read it on OrangeBloods this morning. They all seem to say PBC is legit as he was the one that supposedly broke Nebraska to the Big 10 last year.

I am guessing the corn huskers will have something to say about this. Where the heck is PBW?
