This is a key towards getting us into the BigEast.

If the Big12 doesn't expand, then the ACC will be set. This keeps Louisville and UCONN and whomever else in the BigEast, allowing them to negotiate their TV deal from the strongest position they currently can. And then, when they arrange that big payday, BYU can come on board as football only in the western division.

In the story I'm familiar with, the two prophets in the street end up dead.

Maybe, but I still want to see how this thing plays out. Will you be celebrating over me and Flystripper's bodies?

If my death ushers in the salvation of BYU football and 1,000 years of football bliss through BigEast membership, then so be it.

When did the BigEast football equal "bliss"?

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
