Google it. There are countless horrible jello salad sites.

From a purely football and basketball perspective, I don’t mind this.
I’ll miss playing the Bay area, Oregon and Washington schools. And I’d likely make fewer road trips to away games. But I think this would beat a watered down PAC 12 with SDSU and SMU.
But I certainly don’t trust the BGB propaganda machine. So we’ll see what happens.

      • Does this board then transform back to CUF?

Sorry just thinking about that made me sick.

            • Nothing to worry about, fans of the PAC. Wilner and Canzano say everything is great!

              Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

This is a perfectly reasonable take.

True, but there are lots of legit, trustworthy sources saying that the four corner school are in the middle of talks with the B12.

                  • Not so fast, my friends! Talking to 4 schools! Would have to be 4 G5 schools. That is just what the conference needs.

Yeah, the PAC 12-2 should add Hawaii to capture that 2am in the morning time slot. Then ESPN might show more interest.

However, I am not sure if Oregon is on board…

They still must be interested in jumping to the Big 12.

                        • Colin Cowturd in his podcast today: "What I can tell you is that the B1G is considering bringing on UO and UW but they would not get the economic benefit of the other schools, they would get half of it". Around 7 minutes in.

The B1G has realized they can get Oregon and UW on the cheap because the Pac 12-2 can't get a decent media contract. Cowturd also says that half of the B1G $60m/yr money would still be more than what they would get staying in the Pac 12-2.

You are going to upset SU and he won't come around here any more.

Wait, I thought the B1G money was around $100K per year.

Oregon and UW would be dumb to jump for $50,000/yr each. LOL

My bad... Cowherd says it is $65m annual (not $60m) around the 7:30 mark. The figure I keep seeing is around $80m/yr/team. So maybe Cowherd's figure doesn't include tier 2 which is maybe another $15m/yr for each team (a lot more than the Pac 12's $3m/yr/team).

Cowherd seems to be in the know... He announced something major was going to be announced from USC before the B1G conference jump announcement. Maybe it's because he works for FoxSports and they help pay the B1G bills so he hears stuff around the water cooler. He is most likely more connected than even @MHver3.
