Tons of chatter today about the four corner schools approaching the B12 for talks. I am expecting the P12 to be officially dead in a week or two.

One of my favorite things about Ute twitter these days in the dogged insistence that universities choose which schools to collaborate with on research based on football conference affiliation. It is complete nonsense, and yet they insist it is a thing.

Dang. I was looking forward to having BYU with a leg up financially on Utah for a few years. Oh well. Utah will come into the new conference as the most disliked. That'll be fun at least.Comment
