            That said, whether or not he got fouled is beside the point. The fact that he felt like he had to justify it like he did was what was sad about the entire situation. NBA players miss game winning shots all the time, sometimes they get fouled, sometimes they don't, but I've never seen anything like I saw last night from Jimmer to his teammates and coaches.
            It was definitely a pretty ugly whiff. Hopefully he hits it next time when it's not against the Jazz.

                Everytime Jimmer touched the ball folks would start booing. They didn't boo whenever another King touched the ball, so I'm assuming they were ute fans. To drown out the boos, Coug fans would then start cheering. It was bizarre.

                Also, Jimmer's first made trey was by far the loudest the place got up to that point. Other than the Jimmer miss at the end and a couple of CJ dunks, his buckets got a loudest applause.

                    We sat in the middle of a bunch of Ute fans cussing at Jimmer every time he made a shot and cheering like they won the game every time he missed. I had to turn around and remind a couple of them there were little kids sitting with us as they dropped f bombs. They were much worse than the Utah fans in the Hunsman Center this year against BYU. I was pretty shocked at their language during the game towards Jimmer. The Huntsman Center fans were vey respectable.
