I actually think that is a decent lineup they have out there with Vasquez, Jimmer, Outlaw, Patterson and Cousins.

They really need to cut IT. Dude is a straight chucker. He's a mini Thornton. Jimmer should never be on the floor with him. He should always be paired with GV or BMac in the backcourt.

One of them has to go after this season. Jimmers option is 3.2 mill and his qualifying offer is 4.4. IT is a free agent and will most likely ask for 3-4 per. Vazquez also has a qualifying offer of 3.2 due next year and McCallum is at $900k. That is about 12 million committed to point guards that are not elite if you want to keep everyone.

Add in the $16 mill still owed to Thornton and the $13 they still owe Salmons and Outlaw and this team has no room to pay that much for mediocre pg play next year.

5 assists that has to be a career high. It usually takes him 5 games to get that many assists. I guess assists aren't the most overrated stat when Jimmer gets a few. Is the 4 rebounds he got also a career high? The 0-0 from the FT line appears to be pretty typical for his stat line.

He had 6 assists vs the Suckblazers and 5 rebounds vs the Rockets last year.

Certainly not a high FT rate, but about the same at Al Jefferson for the Jazz last year.
