That was the first Jazz I've watched since just after the trade. I saw the last 7 minutes of the game. Hayward shouldn't be good, but he is. He just gets it. He understands how to play the game. He's a competitor. Plays both ends. If he isn't yet, he'll be a guy who gets to the FT line.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostHorny bringing the hype for Favors.
I can totally see Jimmer playing with this Jazz team, making shots, making plays and making guys better. I think I'm on the draft Jimmer bandwagon after watching those 7 minutes.I'm like LeBron James.

I will admit I HATED the pick at first. But he has absolutely won me over.Originally posted by MarkGrace View Postbtw, I've been getting ready my Gordon Hayward size plate of crow for you bitches for the last couple weeks. It's about to be served!
I'll gladly eat my crow and be stoked GBH is a Jazzman.
Favors line was also nice... Aside from the FTs.

Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.

Amazing. Hayward owned the 4th quarter. When was the last time we ran a 2 man game from the wing? Successfully? Lakers went from Brown to Artest to Kobe to try and stop Hayward, and nobody could stop him from driving, dishing, and scoring. Not to mention the defense. For one day, it was fun to be a Jazz fan.
And for the 2nd time in 2 games, Favors picks up 2 quick fouls and goes to the bench. But he ends up with only 3 for the game. This time in 31 minutes.

Kobe giving G-Hay some love:
Bryant said he was “very, very fond” of Hayward.
“He’s a very skilled, all-around player," Bryant said. "I think he’s going to have a very bright future in this league. He reminds me of a more talented Jeff Hornacek. Jeff couldn’t put the ball on the floor as well as he can.”So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
