  • That was off Burks, but how that wasn't a foul I have no idea.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

      • Horrible help defense from Al. Favors swats that easily.

        • Holy shit. League Pass comes back from a commercial and the Jazz have already scored and are on the bench in a timeout.

            Nice 'pass' from Harris.

            • Thank you al Jefferson. Why do the jazz struggle so much with the freaking kings?

              • 5 in a row. Hmm. Looking at the March schedule I didn't see that in the cards.

                • You guys who watched, any idea why Corbin pulled Miles in favor of Burks at the end?
                  I'm like LeBron James.

Not sure if tonight was a win-win, but the Kings losing certainly helps keep GS out of the top 7.

Favors with 22 minutes. His play of late can't scream, "I'm the hope for this franchise" any louder and he logs 22 minutes.

Miles took a 20 ft jumper with just 3 on the shot clock. Not a terrible play by CJ standards but tCorbin wasn't happy. I think he also did it because Burks had been effective against Thornton. That was until the final min.

Because just when you think CJ can't get any worse, he somehow does. Jazz were getting eating up by Sacto's zone, and CJ took his crack at shooting them out of it. A few awful clanks later, Corbin yanked him.

Some other stuff I read this morning.

The only NBA player who has taken more 3-pointers than CJ and shot a worse percentage is <drum roll> Raymond Felton. And he's played over 1400 minutes (compared to CJ's 900).

The only NBA player who's taken more shots overall than CJ and shot a worse percentage is <drum roll> Ricky Rubio. And Rubio, aside from having other skills, has also played over 1400 minutes.

So you could make a pretty good case that CJ is The Worst Gunner in the NBA.

                            Other fascinating facts:

                            * He's second on the team in shots-per-36 minutes (behind Al Jefferson)
                            * Only Earl Watson has a worse FG%, and Watson is LAST on the team in shots-per-36 minutes.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

                              • Harris knows one way to run a break and that's to charge straight at the hoop. If he has to consider passing, he's clueless.
