Didn't get to see the game tonight as I was at a movie, but I just watched the highlights and all I can say is...TOO BIG YO!

I've got to say that I like this business of Jefferson being out of the game. Because it means instead of throwing the ball into him in the post all of the time, we were running Hayward/Favors pick and roll down the stretch. I was shocked when Corbin went to that again and again, even after a bad pass by Hayward. That combo will be tough once Hayward, as he mentioned in the post game, gets more comfortable just taking his shot off of the pick to keep the defense honest.

I have not heard this. Has Corbin come out publicly and expressed frustation with Burks creating his own shot in practice?Originally posted by SloanHater View PostAllegedly Jerry Corbin is showing Burks who's the boss due to his [Burks] tendency in practice to disregard/not execute the called play and create his own shot. Should be fun to watch...for CJ.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostGonna get ripped apart tonight."Either evolution or intelligent design can account for the athlete, but neither can account for the sports fan." - Robert Brault

Waiting with baited breath to see Devin Harris play the point guard position. Don't know what he's been doing so far this year. It was nice to see his little scoring burst last night (or, rather, his running into people and getting foul calls) but I'm still waiting to see him make a good pass...or play defense. He has been awful, IMO. Still want to see more young guys, including Burks. No reason for Favors not to get 30 per night.
You know, if only we could play a bad team at home every night, we'd end up with a pretty good record.

I'd hate to see him lose the passion completely and just quit, leaving the Jazz even more short handed but he needs to improve quickly or get himself traded.Originally posted by Jacob View PostWaiting with baited breath to see Devin Harris play the point guard position. A big - Jefferson or Sap has to go, as does a veteran wing and Jazz need a PG in return. This has to happen quickly.Originally posted by Jacob View PostWaiting with baited breath to see Devin Harris play the point guard position. Don't know what he's been doing so far this year. PG or a wing in return. Jazz desperately need help at both wing positions. But I understand you'd probably prefer to see Burks play instead.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostA big - Jefferson or Sap has to go, as does a veteran wing and Jazz need a PG in return. I'd be okay if said wing were a difference maker, but there are so few of those out there, I just don't see itOriginally posted by Jacob View PostPG or a wing in return. Jazz desperately need help at both wing positions. But I understand you'd probably prefer to see Burks play instead.
