No way the T'Wolves trade Jefferson to the Jazz. Inter-division trades in the NBA are so rare even the bad GMs don't make them. The Wolves would have to extremely desperate AND extremely dumb to make that type of trade.

I was merely pointing out that there are opportunities for inter-division moves that could greatly benefit our team. When they arise, you should take a shot at them.

And for the record, I do think Minny is both extremely desperate (just dropping him for Dampier's K with no talent in return?) and dumb.

I said no way Kahn makes this deal. Desperate and dumb are understatements in describing him. He (Jefferson) would have much greater value at the trade deadline.

Damn. Headcase or not he had the length the Jazz covet. On a positive note, his +/- isn't good so hopefully he fits right in on the Dysfunctional Nuggets.

Kosta's departure means Fes is back and I couldn't care less. Just knowing that Fes won't be the opening day starter and 1 of the 2 is gone is sollace enough.

BTW, the more I analyze this deal the more I'm convinced KOC did his job on this one. The Memphis pick, which based upon restrictions was never going to pan out anyway, and considering the other pick will most certainly be a 20-something, I'm not moved in the least. The way I see it, Al's knee is the only wild card.

Interesting side note, Deron Williams is once again the only first round draft pick still on the roster, that is until Brewer is resigned.
