    Me neither.

Any FHE I'm in charge of, involves me playing something, from byutv or a Mormon message, on my phone or iPad directly onto TV. It works great

The "crappy" editing was intentional. Hook you with the sweet tunes and then - BOOM - game announcement.

And it has already been picked up by the national media. BYU marketing with a hit on this marketing campaign.

Me three. Except I use my phone and Apple TV. That's how I watched the game last night, and it worked very well.

          • How much $ is the Apple TV box?

About $99. We love ours so much we have three and they all get used daily.

              • Nice to know that streaming stuff over the Apple TV counts as FHE. I've now gone from holding FHE once a month to holding it pretty much every week. Of course, my streaming is usually funny youtube vids, but they count right?

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. • I was not particularly impressed with Mika in that scrimmage. I did not watch much of the Blue-White scrimmage so that was the first time I watched BYU in a game type setting and he looks to me like he is not ready to defend the post like I was hoping. I hope they have Noah suit up during practice and play with the practice squad because he needs to face good big men to improve.

I was actually more impressed with Worthington that I thought I would be. He is not a stiff.

I think Rose is settling in with a 9 man rotation of Carlino, Haws, Collinsworth, Mika, Austin, Winder, Bartley, Halford and Worthington. I think we know the limitations of this team and its individual players. The lack of post scoring and perhaps post defense is the most glaring challenge. I think offensively they can overcome it because Collinsworth and Carlino can penetrate into the paint and Haws has a very crafty mid-range game. I think that Carlino's improvement along with the addition of Halford give BYU a likely group of decent shooters behind the arc - especially if Winder can be relied upon to hit 38-40% from range. However, defensively they could struggle if the post defense does not improve a lot. I like BYU on the perimeter. I like Winder as a healthier version of himself and the addition of Bartley along with the return of Collinsworth gives BYU much better perimeter defenders than they had at any point last year. I think BYU has the keys in place to be better on the perimeter and perhaps even good, but the post defense must improve. It will be interesting to see how Rose brings the pieces together.

But so far I think the biggest need for BYU to take that step to returning the tourney is the improved play by Carlino, which I think is looking like it will be pretty consistent.

It's very early but I'm hopeful Halford can be the 3-pt threat this team needed last year. Winder also appears to be a bit more confident in the shot. Of course if we don't develop an interior presence this team won't be very good. Mika needs to mix it up more; get nasty. He was probably more nervous than you were the first time your parents caught you in the barn though I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I was also encouraged by Worthington's play.

Just thought it was a funny piece of advice--actually thought you were joking.

No, it seemed to me (and everyone else it appears) that he was saying that if you have an AppleTV already, there is a simple solution.

The BYUTV channel on Roku is nice. My son and DIL love it (they don't have cable or sat tv).

Like I said, I can't imagine not knowing that you can stream your ipad through an AppleTV. It's kind of the only reason to get it over a Roku.
                                Anyway, carry on. Silly threadjack.
