Generational break down for some selected years.Originally posted by Clark Addison View PostThat's an interesting chart but really needs some sort of adjustment for the percent of total population the generation represents. Boomers are defined by a longer time period and were also (obviously) in a baby boom period. I would assume that when they were 35 and 40 they represented a larger proportion of the total population than Gen X at the same time period. I don't think the rankings would change, but they would be flattened somewhat, I would imagine.
Disclaimer: I am not a Boomer

130 Students and 5 faculty test positive at UNC after one week of classes, forcing a switch to remote:
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill abruptly decided it will no longer hold in-person classes on campus after about 130 students tested positive for Covid-19 in the first week since classes began.
In the past week, the Covid-19 positivity rate among students rose to 13.6% of the 954 students tested, and five employees also tested positive, according to the university's Covid-19 dashboard. As of Monday morning, 177 students were in isolation and 349 were in quarantine, both on and off campus.
I put the over/under on in-person classes for public schools and colleges in Utah at 3 weeks.

Dude, those are way too high of stakes. We want to reward the winner, not punish the loser with an unbearable punishment.Originally posted by YOhio View PostLoser has to attend a virtual networking event.
How about something more realistic like the loser provides a $100 gift certificate to the restaurant or store of winners choice.

First we need to determine which district we are talking about. I was thinking of Canyons when I took the over, as that is the one I am most familiar with. I like the gift card idea. If I were guessing further, I think Granite, Jordan, and Nebo will be under. Provo and Alpine over. Murray a push. Obviously SLC is already online. I am not familiar enough with other areas of the state. But if you want to go Canyons like I said above, I am in.Originally posted by BigFatMeanie View PostDone. What are the stakes?
Or were you just talking about the Gov. stepping in and doing a statewide mandate. On that I will take the over as well but not by much.“Every player dreams of being a Yankee, and if they don’t it’s because they never got the chance.” Aroldis Chapman

Just filled out a prescreening survey to participate in the Pfizer vaccine trial.
