    Or false positive?

As djt was so fascinated, negative is actually positive, and positive is actually negative. Crazy.
    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I live in Dan Crenshaw's district, voted for him, and generally like him as a representative. I don't always agree with him, but I find he has more of an independent mind than some. I also will listen to his podcast from time to time since he has some interesting guests on. I found this most recent podcast to be very informative. He interviews a local cardiologist about COVID. Most of the discusssion is specific to Houston but I found the overall content to be very imformative including their discussion of vaccines and treatments and the most recent ICU scare in Houston.

"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

False positive.. Negative result. Who the hell knows. Good news he does not have it..

Although, if he did and was fine, it would shoot down his current narrative..

I’ll say this was one elaborate way to not meeting Trump..

So you can't go online only unless advised by your heath dept, but the health dept is only allowed to give information, not recommendations.

"As Gov. Ron DeSantis pushed this summer for schools to reopen, state leaders told school boards they would need Health Department approval if they wanted to keep classrooms closed.

Then they instructed health directors not to give it.

Following a directive from DeSantis’ administration, county health directors across Florida refused to give school boards advice about one of the most wrenching public health decisions in modern history: whether to reopen schools in a worsening pandemic, a Gannett USA TODAY NETWORK review found.

In county after county the health directors’ refrain to school leaders was the same: Their role was to provide information, not recommendations."

"They talk about the economy this year. Hey, my hairline is in recession, my waistline is in inflation. Altogether, I'm in a depression."

So they're just determined to fully step in it on the off chance that they'll be vindicated by the results, despite every piece of data to the contrary that's come to light over the past 6 months. Sad.

Hell bent was the phrase that came to my mind. I give them 3 weeks tops before there are widespread closures. My friends district on the panhandle opens on the 17th.

Reading these kinds of posts makes me dumber, and makes me want to spend less time on this site.

                            I'm not a prude: there's a time and a place for profanity.

But these posts are ridiculous if they're an act, really pathetic if they're earnest.

I know I can just ignore things I don't like to read, but I would rather read something smart than ignore something stupid.

                            Post smarter.
                            Please.
                            Thanks in advance.

If bringing substance to the conversation is the standard there might not be many of us left.
