Yeah. Excellent point."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

So help me if Walter is proven right and Trump is reelected...Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostYeah. Excellent point."...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. I wonder if he's infected."Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.
The rest of us rarely bother to think about our actions." --Solon

Pence is ridiculous. He has sold his soul to legitimize donald.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostI'm sure it happens in most presidencies, but it's embarrassing how Pence lavishes praise on Trump for every decision that he most assuredly just rubber stamped. He is oleaginous.

I mean clearly he's been infected a lot. That's worrisome for him once he gets covid-19.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostI wonder if he's infected."I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"

I could see Trump stalling the election if he thinks he might lose."I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"

Infighting, missteps and a son-in-law hungry for results: Inside the Trump administration’s troubled coronavirus response
Kushner rushed to help write Trump’s widely panned Oval Office address to the nation. His supermodel sister-in-law’s father, Kurt Kloss, an emergency room doctor, crowdsourced suggestions from his Facebook network to pass along to Kushner. And Kushner pressed tech executives to help build a testing website and retail executives to help create mobile testing sites — but the projects were only half-baked when Trump revealed them Friday in the White House Rose Garden.
Kushner entered into a crisis management process that, despite the triumphant and self-congratulatory tone of public briefings, was as haphazard and helter-skelter as the chaotic early days of Trump’s presidency — turning into something of a family-and-friends pandemic response operation.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Trump continues to talk about how the U.S. is rated #1 (as he shakes some paper that I assume says "the U.S. is #1") in pandemic preparedness. I wonder when the next poll comes out.
Landing at Dulles Airport, I encountered a case study in how to spread a pandemic
Upon landing, I spent three hours in a jammed immigration hall trying to decide which analogy fit better: the ignorant Middle Ages during the plague years or the most chaotic airport in the least developed country.
The pictures you may have seen only begin to capture the chaos. There was no attempt to enable social distancing; we were packed closely together. Two giant queues of people — one for U.S. citizens and green-card holders and one for foreign nationals — wound their way through the cavernous hall. I counted and came up with approximately 450 people in each section, for a total of just under a thousand. Many were coughing, sneezing and looking unwell.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

His statement yesterday is yet another monument to his limited intellect and self-serving nature: ""It's a very contagious virus, it's incredible, but it's something we have tremendous control of." If only he had more than five adjectives in his vocabulary.Originally posted by myboynoah View PostTrump continues to talk about how the U.S. is rated #1 (as he shakes some paper that I assume says "the U.S. is #1") in pandemic preparedness. He was much, much better today. Gave himself a "10" for handling the situation, but more sober and realistic.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostHis statement yesterday is yet another monument to his limited intellect and self-serving nature: ""It's a very contagious virus, it's incredible, but it's something we have tremendous control of." Funny when he was celebrating a big jump in the market on Friday. Follow by an absolute collapse today.
