    • I am surprised how many people watched this. I don't care about any of it. One of the reasons I dropped cable.

I block most politics from my FB feed and Twitter. Just too much negativity.

Every little bit. I thought you were worried about the deficit.

Consistently defending him takes some serious misplaced faith and unusual ethics.

The Russia thing is not overly idealistic. It's cincical, but less so than the convoluted everyone is conspiring against wonderful Trump.
You're a piece of work. When have I ever said anything on behalf of the alt-right? Not sure I've ever said anything about them at all. Mostly, I think they should stay out of the news, like they were not so long ago. It's the left that is mostly interested in publicizing the alt-right. they are not taking over our country; on the contrary. They're miserable inconsequential lunatic fringe. What next? Are you going to accuse me of consorting with Epstein?

Yes, the left. If you don't know what that means I have a book for you to read. (Do you read books?) https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/14/b...-sanities.html

As Gopnik (of the New Yorker) shows, most on the left nowadays don't know what liberalism is or its role in the past 300 years of progress.

Boy, when I said lowest common denominator I was referring to garbage like this post of yours.

I am, but the cost of the Mueller investigation (assuming noncollection of the fines and penalties that would make the whole thing very profitable), in relative terms, can be recovered from between a few of the government's seat cushions.

But more to my concern about the deficit... Historically, deficits expand during war or hard economic times, and contract when the economy is strong (see, e.g., the '90s). Trump assures us the economy has never been stronger, but he still running massive deficits, adding another trillion to the national debt this year, with even greater deficits looming if he follows through on his cool new Space Force. May I rely on your assurances that this is no cause for concern?

No, I'm concerned. I heard on NPR yesterday that at the current rate the GDP will be 67% smaller by mid century just because of the budget deficit and borrowing. (But the predicate was that there is only a finite pool of money available for government and businesses to borrow, and government borrowing will drive up interest rates, which will slow business growth. My point is my Marxist profs at the U of U wouldn't have accepted that.)

Darn right good for me because I wasn't expecting Sam Waterson on screen.

It's also delusion to assert Trump is less elitest than Mueller. If by the prissy part, you mean finds him unsavory or unkooth I suppose that's possible. In theory I thought you found Trump to be the same.
Trump eats at McDonald's. You can't be elitist if you do that.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

It's an honest question. I've never heard of "cavemen" being a caricature of AAs. Show me.

I have another question for you. Have you repented of your homophobia and opposition to same sex marriage? Maybe you should go back and delete all those posts.
