I missed this. This is the right move by the feds. The current project is nowhere near what was proposed when california secured the federal funds. If they dont meet what was promised, FRA should get their money back like they would ask on any other failed project. the legal definition of treason is helping the enemy against whom the US is at war. It's impossible to apply it here because Trump isn't the US and on top of that wasn't even president at the time. Sounds like Trump is getting ready to pardon soldiers convicted of war crimes. So the man makes fun of John McCain and doesn't like people who get captured, but liked guys who kill innocent civilians?
