I missed this. This is the right move by the feds. The current project is nowhere near what was proposed when california secured the federal funds. If they dont meet what was promised, FRA should get their money back like they would ask on any other failed project. If so, let me be the first to welcome President Pence to the white house. Of course, after spending $35 million the Dems want to spend more to poke around until they find something. Here's a plan... the legal definition of treason is helping the enemy against whom the US is at war. It's impossible to apply it here because Trump isn't the US and on top of that wasn't even president at the time.
