  • DHS response to the pastor incident.

Given recent responses, I guess I need to add a disclaimer: I am sharing this purely as information. I am not condoning anything.

    • More bad Trump.

      Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

As a commenter points out... he is literally standing in a handicapped parking space. You can see the narkings in the video. Admittedly, I don't know Portland, but it would seem rather strange for an vehicle's exit path to travel through a parking space. Almost as if DHS is lying about the entire incident.

Let's start pre-writing the ICE response statement, shall we?

This picture was from over a month ago. What it doesn't show is that the driver was driving recklessly and erratically, and was using a cell phone while driving, which is illegal. Her erratic driving near the ICE vehicle presented a threat of serious danger to the ICE officers. Over and over again, ICE officers attempted to speed away from her, but she continued following them to film what they were doing.

At the time of this incident, these particular ICE officers were in pursuit of criminal illegal aliens including gang members, drug traffickers, and other violent criminals. Obstructing law enforcement puts officers, detainees and the public at risk. If you are obstructing law enforcement you can expect to be met with force, even if that means having a gun pointed at your face. Also, this is only a rubber pellet gun, so it wouldn't have killed anyone. The worst it would have done is make her lose control of her moving vehicle and die in a fiery crash. But auto accidents are a risk we all take when we drive, and the are part of our societal contract to have interstate travel and commerce.

As an aside, the person photographing this incident is the same person who posted online that she calls ICE "la migra" which is a gang term meaning "the migra" and presents a threat to all ICE officers who are merely doing their jobs and striving to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

          • Having ICE masked up makes it hard to identify specific officers who engage in brutality

Add something about Antifa and Tren de Aragua sympathies. Oh, might as well throw in some Hamas as well.

They are just going to set up Antifa (which isn't a "network" or organization like ISIS) as a paper tiger that they then demolish. Antifa was brutalizing Portland, but now they are gone! Guess what, they were never really there.

They are also doing this to criminalize speech and thought. Antifa is the perfect made up threat. It will never go away because it isn't an organization. Try to make being anti-fascist risky, especially with little regard for due process being part of the equation.

Trump is very peaceful, remember? He would never risk offending yet another ally.
