I don't think so. He won't leave power unless the Russians turn on him. Europe's too feckless to solve its own problems, always has been. I wouldn't be shocked if Putin doesn't do another defenestration purge soon. Yeah, kinda. Russia has since amended their constitution allowing him to serve forever. It used to be that they could serve 2 turns and couldn't serve the next one, but were eligible for the election after that.Originally posted by falafel View Post
