I am totally fine with the family getting a reprieve. I agree that there is a more orderly and sane way to do things. That being said, I have two problems with the ruling:

1) The ruling seems awfully short on specific laws and statues and procedures that were violated - kind of like a "vibe ruling". Does that make is easier for the DoJ to appeal? I don't know.

2) The overall tone and language of the ruling make me want to barf. He could have issued the same ruling without the silly performative nonsense. This is basically a leftist version of the memes, f-bombs, and crap we get from the White House, and people like Kristi Noem and JD Vance. God help us.

Doesn't surprise me that this is a judge from Texas. For those of you that think we should elect judges, this is the kind of BS you get when that happens.
