Let's be honest, she was chosen because the bar for selection was set at non-white women. Diversity is a good thing, but it's not always the best thing. In 2024 Biden needs to drop Kamala and select Mayor Pete instead. He's an excellent candidate and Biden would still get to check the diversity box.

They picked her because Biden painted himself into a corner by publicly stating the physical identity of the person he'd pick for VP before he considered the actual people he'd pick for VP.

Mayor Pete has basically no experience other than being the mayor of a small, rural college town. I'm not sure he's qualified now. Have him run for governor or senate and then we can talk about him being VP or President.

I get that. I'm just trying to quantify why.

Terrible public speaker. Seems lost and unsure of herself in front of the mic. Zero charisma. Yada yada.

I could actually see Harris going the Tulsi Gabbard route after getting chased by the Dems; ie FOX news show where she is a “moderate” who spews Republican talking points.

Yeah, I totally agree with this. She has that weird maniacal nervous laugh.

A black chick for a gay white dude? Yeah that’s a no.

The dems need to run Polis, Pete, Gavin, Gretchen, Amy Klo, and AOC so she can destroy her political career and transition to MSNBC.

She laughs or giggles at inappropriate times. I think it is some kind of nervous reaction. Makes here appear unserious.

Maybe the loser party is also the stupider party:

How do you not see the obvious path forward and get DeSantis to do this?!? It’s almost as if they want to continue losing elections.

Of all the GOP institutions that went MAGA, non did so more than CPAC. This is totally in line with what it has become. At this point it is nothing more than grifters continuing to gouge the idiots for more money. Being electable is not their focus.

And then get plastered in the general election.
