I don't get the sexual assault settlement concern. 1. Its not Shapiro. 2. It a settlement of a disputed sexual assault claim. Its not a judgment. He hasn't been convicted of a crime. The AG's office would be defending it and making the settlement recommendations based on any number of factors that don't imply guilt.
