I misread your question. Now I'm just as interested in the answer.

I told him he was a goddamn Nazi Stormtrooper.

    • This inbred ginger was crazy. He just needs to be put down as quickly and humanely as possible.

Sickening. Victims may have been in Moliere's stake (although I think they're probably in the North stake). Not sure if the perp was Mormon, but his six victims were.
Not in my stake but pretty much a neighboring ward (we are on the stake boundaries). I know a couple people in that ward and everyone is absolutely heart broken. Very sad indeed.

        • Just awful.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

          • I saw that article linked on my Facebook earlier today by a non member friend who lives in Houston. I saw the family pic they had with the article and I said they look Mormon. Sad.

Mock me if you will but my faith in a Supreme Being gets tested every time I see one of these types of unconscionable acts.

I'm not a Satanist, but somehow my faith in Satan increases. What drives evil? How can it be so focused like this?

I loved my 10th grade seminary teacher. She had legs for days.

And yet you still memorized the scripture mastery? :bsflag:

Hey, there are plenty of things in my long term memory I'd like to forget.

                          • I've only been a father for a year but it has completely changed how I react to stories like these. It used to be rage. Now the rage is still there but it is buried beneath extreme sadness. My heart breaks and I feel like I can't breathe when I think of those poor children.

That girl who survived is a hero of the highest degree - who knows how many lives she saved - but she lost her entire family yesterday. I haven't been able to stop thinking about this all day.
                              I'm like LeBron James.

Yes, total hero. As more details emerge this things just seems more and more tragic. One thing I find interesting is how people not directly involved cope with the tragedy. Pretty much the day of the incident there was already a fundraiser happening for the surviving child (this was before anyone knew if she'd recover or not). As of now the fundraiser is over $100k: http://www.gofundme.com/Stay-Family-Tragedy . I'm sure many get solace from having at least done something even if it is just giving away $25. I can only imagine the fund will grow juch larger as social media takes this story to the entire LDS community.

The DesNews also ran a good article that gives a lot of the background of the shooter. Crazy story: http://www.deseretnews.com/article/8...m-ex-wife.html
