I also have a hard time watching Kathy Griffin, so it is a good thing she wasn't in Newsradio.Originally posted by Non Sequitur View PostIt doesn't hold up. Andy Dick is a creepy celebrity who is not funny. I can't watch Kathy Griffin without wanting to slap her to the ground. The only characters from that show that were remotely interesting were Phil Hartman and Steven Root.

I paid a bill to a medical supply company for CPAP stuff, in full, on 2-23-16. I was in Asheville, NC on Labor Day and realized that I'd forgotten my mask and headgear at home. I called and found a guy at this company's warehouse who sold me a set. He said he couldn't take a payment from me, but he took my insurance info. I got a bill the week before Christmas with no insurance info on it, but it said it was 90 days past due. I called the company and said I could pay it then, but asked them about insurance since I have primary and secondary insurances. They said, "Let's run it, there's no worry about being past due." So, I did. I got a bill the end of January saying, "120 days past due, again with no insurance info on it." I called again, "Oh, we didn't click the right button, so it didn't get submitted. We'll do it for you now." Come February, "PAY UP OR THIS IS GOING TO COLLECTIONS!" "So, I called them, paid it in full over the phone, and asked them to submit to my insurances anyway. They said they would." Got a letter back saying my insurances denied both claims---which is bullshit because I was at the out-of-pocket max for both for the year, so it should've been completely free. Anyway, at the end of March, I get a bill from this company for the original full amount saying I'm 90 days past due. I call them and say, "What gives, I paid?" They say, "It must be a clerical error. It shows you paid here on our end." A month later, same thing. I call up and can't get anyone to talk to me on the phone, they all act like I'm an idiot and keep saying they have to transfer me and keep disconnecting me. So, I just give up, figuring, I paid in full, I'm good. No more bills come.
Today, I login to Credit Karma and I see, "Derogatory Remark: $262.00 from CPAP Company entered on 6-16-16."

This is why I love my job. Healthcare is broken, but we're doing what we can to fix it. I could go on and on and on, but I'm sure it'd be boring for everyone else.Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

I am no expert, and my only fight with it was the result of a traumatic event. What I did is no prescription to cope the onslaught.Originally posted by clackamascoug View PostRandom Thought: Tonight I feel so burdened by depression that I feel like I have a hamster running on a wheel in my stomach, and I'm swirling in an never ending stream of melancholic chaos. For my close ones who struggle with it, I remind them to keep their medication regimen. Does exercise provide your relief? What about changing up your diet? Which of these help you?"Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

I find solace in the outdoors with my camera, but I'm just dealing with occasional bouts of midlife crisis syndrome. The Grotto can be a nice place to escape.Originally posted by clackamascoug View PostRandom Thought: Tonight I feel so burdened by depression that I feel like I have a hamster running on a wheel in my stomach, and I'm swirling in an never ending stream of melancholic chaos.
