Why is it viewed as a negative? it isn't his fault if his credits didnt transfer and in order to transfer you need a minimum amount of credits. it has nothing to do with his intelligence.
Boylen also reported about Cullen's inability to transfer, as well, so it isn't really biased news.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.
