So of the Big Four, they've landed a kid whose other offers were Hawai'i and Utah St., and a kid who can't get in anywhere else and is a JUCO guy? lol...they better hope this North Carolina kid comes through because the Big Four currently looks like the Two Leftovers.

With regards to Cullen, his coach did say that there was a problem with a particular class that he could not get at SC, so he would not be able to transfer? something like that. they tried, but it wasn't going to work.

According to Scout, the classes of 6 of the 9 MWC teams are ranked in the 76-100 range. That doesn't speak well of the conference's future, unless we get a BCS bid and that turns things around quick.

Or maybe it is just the fact that BYU lacks a presence on rivals. Let's face it these sites are in the business of making money. They don't give a damn about the actual evaluation, it is all about driving subscriptions. Players commit to a non-affiliated site, why not go ahead and dock them a star.

You are right, Rivals has Corby Eason as a commit this year, Eason played for BYU last season.

Also nobody is including Van Noy who technically is a 2010 commit since he did not sign a LOI last year.

I've wondered how Van Noy would be approached in terms of recruiting classes. For all intents and purpose, he's more 2010 than 2009. But even on the BYU website it said next to his name that he was 2009 recruit.

He didn't pick Utah over SC. SC was not an option for him once it became official that he didn't have the credits to transfer. If he had the credits and then chose Utah anyway, then I think you would be right.

Sorry totally missed. PM who it is. I only know of one girl from High School that moved up to Seattle and she is not in the Bay Area so I have no idea who it is.

I saw her around Thanksgiving at a funeral of a family friend. She and my wife keep in touch quit a bit. She grew up down the street from my wife and was really good friends with her growing up and all through high school. She also grew up just a few houses down from Yohio.

Wow according to Utezone, Wynn, Blechen, Shreve, and Robles are all better than Heaps and the only reason Heaps is rated so high is because he has a publicist.
