Why is it viewed as a negative? it isn't his fault if his credits didnt transfer and in order to transfer you need a minimum amount of credits. it has nothing to do with his intelligence.

Boylen also reported about Cullen's inability to transfer, as well, so it isn't really biased news.

I don't know why it is viewed as a negative. BYU can get kids because they are mormon and Utah is able to land kids because their entrance requirements seem very favorably disposed. The only thing that matters is who lands whom and whether or not they turn into good players.

However, I guarantee that in the next decade many Utes will find comfort in convincing themselves that good players go to BYU because of the mormon connection and many Cougars will find comfort in Utah's favorably disposed entrance requirements.

Since I am just an old guy and rely on you young turks to tell me what's going on, I have to ask: Reportedly, Utah had a pretty good signing day. Is that true? (No, junkie, I am not asking you.)

I have spent some time perusing various sports message boards and the fans of every team are excited. It appears to me that there was more talent available from the class of 2010 than ever before! But be warned this might be similar to when I add up the projected records for all FBS teams and conclude that somehow they will end up with a collective winning percentage of 75%, sadly every year without fail it ends up being 25% lower than the sum of the fans' predictions.
