Jarrell Oliver, a 5'9" 193-pound running back, is the 10th commitment to the Utes in 2011.

    http://www.deseretnews.com/blog/20/1...oses-Utah.html

Here's his Rivals profile: http://rivals.yahoo.com/utah/footbal...l-Oliver-81307. 11 offers, including Arizona St, Arkansas, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Oregon St. Very nice.

Hey! He looks like a Pac 10 recruit! Maybe he'll win the Heisman.

I saw Bingham play Euless Trinity at cowboys stadium last labor day in the Kirk Herbstreit series. It wasn't much of a game. Bingham is good for Utah standards, I guess.

Actually, Euless Trinity is currently ranked #1 by MaxPreps and will be defending its 5A Division II title this next season. Also, Bingham may not have been use to playing such a large crowd (30,000).

I watched that game on Fox Sports. Bingham was just dominated in the game. It was very clear they didn't have the speed to keep up with Trinity.

This looks like a really good get. When it comes to recruits, I always follow the offers and he has a very impressive list of offers.

Yeah, I watched that game on TV. The speed of that Texas team was crazy. Especially that running back. Bingham couldn't keep up.

Hey is there a thread like this for BYU Recruiting?

My son is currently at BYU football camp this week and apparently tearing it up according to my wife who is in Utah with him. He has been going against the likes of Ryker Mathews and in his words "wrecking people". Do some of the other boards you guys follow have good BYU recruiting/scouting threads?

Safety Eric Rowe, 3 star out of Texas committed today. Offers from Arizona, Purdue, Louisville, Mississippi St., Air Force etc...

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

The list isn't quite as impressive as Oliver's, but he's drawing comparisons to RoJo.

I think junkie has one going on somewhere on this board.

This is definitely the nicest offseason Utah has had, well, ever.

3-star corner Ryan Henderson (from Moreno Valley, CA) commits to the Utes. His only other offer is from Air Force.

The popular opinion seems to be that he wants to go out of state, I get the sense that Utah is not expecting him to be too interested and is moving on.

It'll be interesting to see what happens through the summer if Utah continues to add commits at this rate. You've gotta think that there will be one or two guys that wait until Feb to make decisions.
