So you agree it is ugly. (I will admit it probably contains more sweet spirits than RES on any given day.)

You left out my favorite excuse: LES is not "candied up" because it is built on a fault line and it was thought imprudent to make the stadium attractive since it might be destroyed someday.

LOL! Church leaders love downtown SLC (aka Ute country, per the color map) about $1B more than they love Provo!

Not at all. I agree that it isn't fancy, but it's certainly not ugly. It's badass like a Jeep or Land Cruiser. Rice Chex is nice looking and comfortable like a Honda Accord.

That's like saying the federal government loves Detroit more than Texas.

LAU is now commenting on the attractiveness of 18-23 year old college women? Yikes.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I wonder how the young women in his ward and stake who are going to BYU would feel about that.

I think I know why many Utah fans want the game in September. I think they are hoping that rivalry week ALWAYS coincides with one of their favorite holidays!

Now YOhio is comparing the church to the federal government! I wonder if a temple worthy person should be doing this?

National broadcasts from LES usually include the announcers oohing and ahhing about the spectacular view from the press box (Squaw Peak, Y Mountain, etc.). I've seen fewer national broadcasts from RES (and not just because there have been fewer of them) but I don't recall hearing announcers comment on the beauty of the barren hills east of the press box.

Rivalry week on CS is sad, because the most active smack-talking Utes are wally and LA Ute. Both nice guys, but not exactly the varsity team. Where has mpfunk gone?

No offense to Funk but he doesn't exactly strike me as the ideal example of a great smack talker. JIC on the other hand...
