I don't. Does anyone else remember seeing several teams bringing their flags into LES?

I remember seeing them in the stadium. I thought that they made a rule that other teams could have flags, but that they have to keep them in the NW corner where their fans are and cannot run their flag in front of Y fans.

But it wouldn't surprise me if there were a rule that this was for OOC teams - which is everyone now, but the way.

I've never been able to get why a guy with a serious back injury would be anyone's whipping boy. He took it on the chin on CB as well. Very few people took the injury into account when trying to explain his performance last year. Back injuries are tough for anyone but for soccer style kickers it's especially brutal.

I'm hoping he will regain his entire high school form and power. If he does he will most likely have a shot at the NFL.

My biggest issue with it is that the coaches have shown no objectivity regarding when to sit/redshirt guys.

Riley...20/20 hindsight. I agree it was a bad decision looking back. But in the thick of it, I would have done the same thing. Error in judgment. Not guilty of having a complete lack of objectivity.

The kicker? Still don't know. I'm not losing sleep over a decision to go with your injured highly recruited kicker or bench him for a walk on.

I am laughing so hard right now. I think you can actually hear the precise moment this guy had his aneurysm. (FTR, I eliminated any semblance of a few of the words as that's about as colorful a sentence as has ever been written).

I was ready for them to pull him partway through the Utah game. I had a PA student with me who was from Idaho at that time, who was a big Boise fan and I told him that that Riley shouldn't be playing against his team, and that I'd have preferred they went with a backup. Regarding Riley Nelson, the Utah and Boise games were the games that made me the most mad last year with him. The rest I was just kind of used to by the end of the year.

You just use your core so much with kicking, and if your back isn't right, I think it's hard to ask that of a guy.
