Bronco and Brandon are saying the right things in public but I wonder if they feel a private sense of relief.

LOL, at least for Shaka this whole "mess" has been a blast for him, while most cougar fans are angry, Shaka has been giddy this entire time.

What a stupid comment, if you have listened to Doman's recent interviews, from his demeanor "relief" I think is far from the emotion he is feeling about the situation.

The constant digs and potshots and character assassination of Heaps on his way out the door is totally fine though.

I like Heaps. His little league mom and dad can <redacted> my <redacted>. Max Hall the Wise had a very knowing reaction to the whole ordeal from the beginning if you remember...

Yep Max Hall and Markell Staffieri knew BYU's team culture very well, the disdain started before Heaps stepped foot on campus.

                  • My, oh my.

In Harmon's article today he writes this

Harmon said of the 66 off-season workouts last year, Heaps managed to attend just three because of injuries, his marriage and a family trip.
Before I lower the boom of personal judgment I shld probably know what the average participation / attendance rate is. But that just seems egregious and - if I were one of the guys slugging my guts out for most or all of those sessions I'd find it pretty hard to follow the kid as well.

I read this as well but didn't want to be the one who posted it.

It's obvious that Heaps was coddled his entire football life before college, so when it came time to be his own man, he fell flat on his face. His parents did him no favors by telling him he was better than he really was.

                          • Harmon can't figure out who he wants to throw under the bus anymore. In the very next sentence he's taking swipes at Riley again.
