That Blue Ribbon preview has Utah winning 7-8 games...but finishing 4th in the in the P12 South.
I don't know how that's realistically possible.
Also, this might be spin or overcompensation, but at this point I'm not too worried about journalists/publications not talking much about Utah. They're just taking a page from Kansas in 2007. Play a Big 12 schedule that doesn't include Texas or OU and includes Nebraska and Colorado who are both down. If the Utes play their cards right, they will lose to USC and thus avoid playing in the CCG like Kansas did with their loss to Missouri. And then, wallah! - a BCS bowl invitation. It could happen.
