Rick P(a)rry was both born in Texas and still lives there.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

No longer. Haven't since I was basically a baby. I grew up somewhere around the Atlantic ocean, where I could be far, far away from the crazies that govern in Tejas.Originally posted by Green Monstah View PostBut do you still live here? If not, is there a term for a reverse carpetbagger?

From Bill Clements (SMU!) to Ann Richards (Baylor!) to W (Bushleaguer!) to Rick "Dept of Energy" Perry (aggy), it's been a sordid line of governors.Originally posted by HottieCoug View PostNo longer. Houston NBC affiliate sportscaster tweeted: "Source tells me looking like Thur that #uh. Big east will be done. Also told to look for #BYU to come in football only. #hounews"
And for those that missed the thread on CB, an Orlando radio station said basically the same thing this morning. Said that the announcements were delayed by the Penn State news last week, they didn't want the announcement overshadowed. Per the Orlando station, divisions would be:
West
AFA
BYU
Boise State
Houston
SMU
UCF
East
Cincy
Louisville
Navy
Rutgers
UConn
USF
Neither Louisville nor Cincy would agree to go to the West division, so UCF (as a new member) is being pushed over and will be given an annual cross-division game against USF. Also, another reason for announcing this week is because of Gameday in Houston this week.

Take it for what its worth, but SLTRIB twitter is saying they have learned BYU will join BE.
BYU likely will join the Big East Conference as a football-only member — perhaps within a day or two — The Salt Lake Tribune has learned.

Makes perfect sense for UCF to be in the West division of the Big East with AFA, BYU, and BSU.Originally posted by aCougarFONT View PostHouston NBC affiliate sportscaster tweeted: "Source tells me looking like Thur that #uh. Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.
