You only have a certain number of practices you can get in. It doesn't matter when as long as they are getting them all in.

I always thought Gilford was a more highly touted recruit than that. My guess is that there have been others. What about Pittman? Wasn't he pretty highly regarded coming out of HS?

Yeah, Scout.com listed G Pittman with a few Pac-10 offers (Oregon, WASU) along with Utah and some mid-majors. I believe both Brian Gray and Heishi Robertson were highly recruited corners. Anything back beyond those years I would have a difficult time remembering.

I thought O'Neil Howell was a pretty big prize out of Florida. And I'm not sure what offers Walt Williams had.
