Well, they ducked BYU to play Oklahoma. They could have played BYU and shut everyone up, but they thought it would be awesome to play Oklahoma instead for a bigger payday, thus ducking an unbeaten team and thinking in their arrogance that if they beat Oklahoma they would be voted above the unbeaten team that they ducked.
