If the current scenario sucks the scenario that includes BYU as a member of the MWC also sucks - certainly by the indicator of the quality of home schedules.

Home schedules are more interesting when you are playing for something. Is it as good as a Big 5 home conference schedule? Of course not. But in the MWC you could get two great OOC games at home two great OOC away games and then you have conference rivalries and championships to play for. Seems great to me.

Oh, both God and Bronco get into the home games for free. Why would they care about the value vs price issue?

I don't know but it seems to me that attending church regularly ensures a higher level of testicular fortitude. Is it just me but are the progmos/golfing on sunday crowd more afflicted with stringpullingitis than those of who sing with such fervent accord about some who push and some who pull?! That is right bitches...just talking about going uphill makes you more a man and it will trickle down to how you approach BYU sports!

Hey, I figure that with the anticipated plunge in ticket demand, I can make do with my contacts in the Ensign Stake clerk's office. And he doesn't complain about sitting downwind from me.

Scheduling 4 games in the beginning of the year is much easier than scheduling 12 games. While in the mwc and wac BYU shied away from more than one quality BCS matchup per year. I complained about it then too. The ooc scheduling was by design and it was weak. I continue contend that it is possible to do better with respect to ooc schedules when you only have to fill 4 spots every year.
