    • I wonder who we're going to play at home in 2016. We have the entire road schedule about done and USU at home.

An article about ESPN and Dave Brown helping make CFB schedules. An interesting read for BYU fans, even if BYU is not mentioned.

either no one wants to play at BYU in 2016 for some reason, or there is a reason we cant play at home until late in the year. Or Holmoe is planning some surprise.

          • One thing is for sure, and that is you can draw seriously accurate conclusions about college football schedules 3 years away.

              Interesting line here:

“If we could go back to the day conferences were aligned in 2009, we would do so in a minute,” said Burke Magnus, ESPN’s chief of college sports programming. “Almost every move has cost us money.”

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I've seen you point to this pattern a few times. What do you think Holmoe and BYU have got cookin'?

I think it's pretty simple. It's next to impossible to get good home games in November, so one must travel. He's getting some great games late in the season, so I'm pretty happy about that.

The Stanford and USC games were an outgrowth of the ND games with those two schools (or at least that has been implied). Is this Cal opening in November related to that as well?

                              • I would rather be in California in November than Utah anyways, so who cares?
